Only credit card registration will be accepted via fax.
Faxed forms without credit card information will not be processed.
Cancellations and Refunds
REFUNDS: If registration is cancelled on or before 7 working days of event,
a full refund will be given. Less then 7 working days of event, an 50% refund
will be given.
NO REFUND will be issued 3 working days or less before the event (a substitute
may attend in your place). In case of low enrollments, we reserve the right
to cancel the event and give a full refund
