Rachel Russell joined the Public and Environmental Affairs faculty in Fall 2013. She earned her Ph.D. in geography from the University of Southern California. Rachel also holds a master's in Geography from Arizona State University and a bachelor's in International Affairs from George Washington University. At USC, she worked with the Spatial Sciences Institute, and at UW-Green Bay plans to develop a local research program on green stormwater infrastructure in Green Bay and Milwaukee, with a particular focus on how this infrastructure improves access to green space and urban agriculture for low-income communities and communities of color.
