Rachel Russell joined the Public and Environmental Affairs faculty in Fall 2013 as an Assistant Professor. She earned her Ph.D. in geography from the University of Southern California. Rachel also holds a master's in Geography from Arizona State University and a bachelor's in International Affairs from George Washington University. At USC, she worked with the Spatial Sciences Institute, and at UW-Green Bay plans to develop a local research program on green stormwater infrastructure in Green Bay and Milwaukee, with a particular focus on how this infrastructure improves access to green space and urban agriculture for low-income communities and communities of color.
