The Department of Public and Environmental Affairs offers two programs of study, Public Administration and Environmental Policy and Planning.
The major in Public Administration prepares prepares students for a variety of challenging professions in public and nonprofit organizations and for further study in a wide range of graduate programs.
The major in Environmental Policy and Planning, is an environmental studies program based in the social sciences.
