Alternate Theatre

Alternate Theatre is a student theatre organization that provides additional theatrical and creative experiences for students.  Past activities have included full-length and one-act play production, an evening of scenes to showcase new talent, poetry readings, field trips, play readings, guest artists, production t-shirt sales, and collaborative activities with other student organizations.  Alternate Theatre also sponsors our Spring "Coarse Awards", a year-end celebration for everyone who has participated in Theatre. Membership to Alternate Theatre is open, everyone is welcome.  Ask an AT board member for details or check the AT board by the Theatre Scene Shop, first floor of Theatre Hall.

Danceworks is a student dance organization whose primary goal is to to promote and produce/fund "Danceworks, the Concert" each spring semester. In addition to promotion and fundraising, UWGB students have the opportunity to work under UWGB Dance and Theatre faculty on production aspects of the concert as well as choreograph and perform. Membership is open to all UWGB students. Watch the dance callboard or speak to the Danceworks faculty
