Phone-a-Thon History

The UW-Green Bay Phone-A-Thon began in 1997 as a way for the University to update alumni information and encourage contributions.

For the past ten years, the Phone-A-Thon has served as an essential part of UW-Green Bay’s Annual Fund. Coordinated by the Advancement Office, the Phone-A-Thon features more than 25 enthusiastic undergraduate students calling 23,000+ UW-Green Bay graduates scattered across the U.S.

A call from one of our students can convey the latest campus activities and report on UW-Green Bay’s latest successes in just a few short minutes while reminding alums of the benefits of investing in their alma mater.

Calling takes place Sunday night through Thursday night from the call center in IS 1004.
