Juliet Cole is the Associate Director of the Institute for Learning Partnership. She is responsible for the Institute’s planning and management of publications, conferences, public forums and diversity programs, and establishing and maintaining contact with local schools and communities. She is active in the Green Bay community, especially in roles designated to improve diversity and minority student achievement. She is involved in Green Bay and Fox Cities area committees and organizations, including, Leadership Green Bay, and the Green Bay Area Public School Diversity and Minority Achievement Committees. She serves as a supervisor for various school mentoring programs and provides diversity training for teachers and staff in Green Bay and East De Pere schools. She was a co-chair for the Educational Achievement Task Force for the Lieutenant Governor’s initiative, Wisconsin Women = Prosperity. She was a delegate on the committee that received “All-America City” designation. Cole holds a bachelor’s degree in social change and development and a master’s degree in cross-cultural counseling from UW-Green Bay. In addition, she holds a management diploma from Cambridge, England. She has experience in student services, program administration, advising, counseling and teaching and international experience while working professionally in Nigeria and the Middle East.
