The Academic Affairs Planning Committee is appointed by the Provost. Administrative members serve for the duration of their administrative appointments. Faculty, academic staff and student members serve for terms of one year, which may be renewed. The Committee meets as a whole once a month through the fiscal year. Subcommittees and working groups may meet more frequently as required by their task at hand.
