Associate Provost Sewall works as a liaison between academic areas and other areas reporting to the Provost; provides administrative leadership for faculty development activities; and has principal responsibility for institution-wide programs for assessment of institutional programs and services, student learning and instruction. He also currently teaches two sections of the senior level Human Development Seminar.

Debbie Furlong provides the University community with information in support of institutional decision-making. She conducts on-going enrollment monitoring, supports campus assessment analyses, participates in planning activities, and conducts ad hoc analyses related to critical campus initiatives. She serves on campus and system-wide committees that can benefit from an institutional research perspective, and provides campus data to external audiences.

Pam Gilson assists faculty and staff regarding their individual and unit assessment needs; develops assessment plans and data collection processes and instruments; coordinates survey distribution; analyzes data; and prepares and disseminates reports of results. She also coordinates all institutional activities associated with general education assessment, credit by examination, and credit for prior learning.

Judi provides executive assistance to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Duties include screening and evaluating correspondence, reports, and requests; bringing important and urgent matters to the Provost's attention; coordinating and maintaining the Provost's calendar; assisting in the development of the Provost/Chancellor's budget and planning documents; implementing and monitoring the Provost's office annual operating budget; and serving as office manager for the Provost's office.

Jan provides administrative assistance to the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and the Coordinator for Assessment and Testing Services, as well as backup assistance to the Provost. She is also support staff person for the FOCUS program and the Faculty Development Center. Jan assists with arrangements for professional development activities, on-site visits from outside agencies, and various campus events. Jan currently serves on the Classified Staff Advisory Council.
