Permanent FTE Employees can choose to use an online process to pay for yearly permits through payroll deduction. Employees choosing not to use payroll deduction or who choose to purchase term permits can do so at the Bursar's office.
Ad Hoc, Associate Lecturer, LTE's and those who work on campus but not employed by UW-Green Bay must go to the bursars office to purchase their permit.
For students who attend on campus classes they will have the virtual permit fee added to their SIS account at the time the upcoming term fees are applied. Students who do not use the parking services can easily “opt out” though an option on their SIS account which removes the permit fee. Students who opt out and later decide to purchase a permit must do so at the Bursar's office.
The Bursar's office is located in Room 1300 of the Student Services Building and is open during regular business hours.
