Office Supplies (Including New Toner Cartridges)

Effective 12/20/2005, Office Depot is the mandatory contract vendor for office supplies (including NEW toner cartridges). Office Depot orders can be placed using the UW-Madison Material Distribution Services (MDS) website. A separate MD account number must be requested for each budget number you are responsible for placing orders for. Charges will be directly billed to your budget on a monthly basis; you will not be using your Purchasing Card when placing orders through MDS.
