Lidia joined UWGB's Office of Grants and Research in the Fall of 1998 and has served as Director since 2001. Lidia is responsible for supporting faculty and staff with their pre-award needs. She is available to assist in identifying external funding opportunities; assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and budgets. All grant contracts and memorandums of agreement are generated reviewed by her. All proposals requiring electronic submission must be submitted by the Office of Grants and Research. Prior to Lidia's arrival at UWGB, she served as Chair of Biology at Calumet College of St. Joseph. While in graduate school, her scholarship included extensive federally funded research in the fields of ecology and evolutionary biology, with an emphasis in chemistry. While in graduate school, she was employed by an environmental engineering firm in NYC and served as project manager for several large-scale industrial and nuclear generator
deepwater intake projects.

Charmaine Robaidek, M.S. (UWGB Alum) joined the IFR in December of 2008 following 12 years of service with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. She received her bachelor's in psychology from UW-La Crosse and her master's in Environmental Science and Policy from UW-Green Bay.
