Josh serves as our campus Macintosh administrator and senior help desk technician. He is responsible for configuring and supporting Macintosh computers in student labs and faculty/staff offices. In addition, Josh manages the Housing IT Service Center, which assists students in connecting their personal computers to ResNet. In that capacity, he trains and supervises student Service Center technicians.

Mark oversees campus summer technology updates and maintains an inventory of all campus workstations. He also assists in the development of our Windows and Macintosh desktop configurations, supports department specialty applications, participates in overseeing Housing ResNet support, and assists with campus desktop databases.
