Chuck Brys

Chuck Brys has over thirty five years of management experience in virturally all manufacturing environments including process manufacturing, design and build, machining, and fabrication in both job shop and product line environments. A CPA, he has a strong financial background but also considerable experience in all organizational disciplines including; sales management, marketing, operations, and product development. For the past twenty years he has functioned in the top executive role with a particular emphasis on strategy creation, organizational design, and business development. He has extensive experience both as a general manager and in mentoring, coaching, and developing general management and other top executive talent.
