SBDC Counselors teach business owners about best business practices. A counselor shares information and expertise with business owners or managers so that they can make changes. Typical counseling sessions may focus on:
- Analyzing financial statements
- Business management
- Business planning
- Developing personnel policies
- Marketing planning
