The 7 Habits for Business Managers (FranklinCovey)

Fees: $395 per person; participants must be from an organization of fewer than 300 employees based on our contract with FranklinCovey.

Th is seminar gives new and experienced managers a set of tools that will help them meet today’s management challenges, including:

- Increase resourcefulness and initiative

- Define the contribution they want to make in their role as managers

- Manage performance through a balance of accountability and trust

- Give constructive feedback

- Improve team decision-making skills by embracing and encouraging diverse viewpoints
