You know you have creative ideas and your work is solid. Now the question is, how do you get others to see it so you can use your talents to contribute in a bigger way?

If you don't look or sound confident, chances are, others won't be confident in you either. That can be disastrous for your career.

If you have a vision of yourself being an influential leader in your company or community, you don't want to miss this presentation.

You have creative ideas, lots of energy, and are current with the trends, but are you making the impact you want in your workplace?

You've probably heard the comments from "seasoned" coworkers, "this younger generation of employees just doesn't have a strong work ethic; they don't know how to communicate face to face; and have you seen how they dress?" You may want to ignore them, but if they are the ones who can influence your opportunities, you may want to learn a few hints to ensure that you are viewed as the valuable asset you are.
