Help is on the way! This one-day seminar provides a model to capture what is needed to begin the employee relationship, starting the first day of work. “Onboarding” is the process of supporting new hires in their adjustment to social and performance aspects of their new career.
This seminar will provide a roadmap for correctly onboarding new hires, leading to higher retention, improved job performance, organizational background awareness, product and service knowledge, career awareness, strategic priorities and a lowered stress experience.

Instructor:
Bonnie Maes has a broad range of experience with over 28 years in corporate environments focusing on building employee and student relationships. She has a diverse background in business, human resources, adult education, instructional design, change management, leadership development and facilitation skills.
Bonnie is an accomplished instructor, facilitating programs and teaching classes for over 15 years at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) and Concordia University, bringing the corporate world into the classroom by teaching courses such as: Business Management, Leadership Development, Marketing and Human Resource Management. She was instrumental in bringing an educational component to call center positions in the community by developing and facilitating a Contact Center Certificate Series for the NWTC and Fox Valley Technical College campuses.
Bonnie holds an M.S. in Training and Development and a B.S. in Career and Adult Education and Training, both from UW-Stout and an Associate Degree in Leadership Development and Marketing from NWTC.
