In this workshop, participants will learn and put into practice the tools of process improvement and how to identify waste vs. value-added activities through three interactive exercises. These tools can be easily applied to both service and production related processes. Additionally, participants will conclude the session by participating in a mini-process improvement exercise.

Instructor:

Jamie Schramm was raised and currently resides in Sheboygan. He brings a wealth of knowledge from the manufacturing sector and classroom teaching into his seminar experiences. An MBA graduate of Lakeland College, he combines a hands-on understanding of relevant business issues with a realization that learning and developing ourselves is a life-long endeavor.
