If you live in Wisconsin, you have to learn to accept the changes of seasons. For many, moving from one season to the next brings excitement and anticipation. For others, it may be daunting and come with fear and resistance. Join in this one-day seminar and discover how individuals use transition to process and come to terms with change. Learn the secret in assessing transition readiness, how to create a plan for transitions and how you can be a leader through any transition. In today’s organizations, working through transitions is a constant result of ongoing change. Clear planning and communicating is the first step in creating a motivational environment.
Together We Will Explore: :
- The difference between “change” and “transition”
- The process of “Letting Go, Feeling Steady Again and Seeing the Future”
- The Motivational Environment: What’s in it for me?
- Employee involvement, leading to employee satisfaction and retention
- From whom and where is support available?
- Communicate, communicate and communicate: Before, during and after change
- Learn by assessing = Lead by mentoring
