A Primer for First-Line Supervisors

This workshop will expose participants to the skills and tools necessary to implement and maintain a continuous improvement environment.

John Koehler has had a successful and diversified career in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Design. His background includes 30 years of headquarters and field experience with four Fortune 100 companies.

John holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and is a Senior Certified HR Professional sanctioned by the Society of Human Resource Management.

He is an accomplished associate instructor with the University of Phoenix and Concordia University, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Change Management, Human Resources, Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Managing High Performance Teams.

In addition to teaching, John is founder and president of HR Solutions LLC, a small business consulting firm.
