Leadership Excellence - Aligning Purpose, People and Progress

Leadership ExcellenceDate, Time: The in-class component of the Leadership Excellence Series pilot will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month beginning in April 2013 through September 2013 from 7:30 am – 11:00 am.

Location: UW-Green Bay Small Business Development Center.

Fees: Cost of the program is $1,495 with an introductory pilot being offered at a discounted rate of $1,295.

To succeed in today’s business environment, organizations need leaders who demonstrate flexibility and empathy, while remaining true to the core values of the organization.

This unique program, presented in partnership between UW-Green Bay Small Business Development Center and Inspired Training Institute, Inc., is designed as a series of sessions that:

• Educate leaders on relevant organizational development principles and practices
• Provide an opportunity for leaders to identify and create tools to improve their effectiveness
• Explore decision-making, mental models and processes to achieve desired business results

Application Process

Potential participants must complete an application and interview for consideration in the program. Participants must meet eligibility requirements before acceptance.
