Tim Dale
Assistant Professor
Timothy M. Dale received his Ph.D. in political science from the
University of Notre Dame in 2006. He teaches in the areas of
political theory, American government, and constitutional law, and
advises pre-law students. His primary research interest is
democratic theory, and he has written on the subjects of inclusion
and democracy, civil society, and political messaging in popular
culture. His publications include
Political Thinking, Political Theory, and Civil Society
(2009) and
Homer Simpson Marches on Washington: Dissent in
American Popular Culture (2010).
