3. We discussed recent UW System efforts regarding global studies as well as the ideal content of a global studies curriculum. It was agreed upon that we need, but do not have the staffing necessary, for additional lower and upper level courses in global studies.
4. The Majortopia web page was discussed and revisions agreed upon and suggested. Lynn will take these to the webmaster.
5. Larry shared future internship possibilities with the Center on Wisconsin Strategy.
6. Andy shared assessment exercise results from the fall 2000 semester.
7. Tony reminded everyone of senior distinction projects and the possibility of student research presentations at the Third Annual UW System Symposium for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity. The deadline is February 9.
