Qualifications

• Must have participated in the Phuture Phoenix Program either through the 5th grade field trip, tutoring/mentoring in targeted schools or Preble FLITE afterschool group.
• Proof of admittance to UW-Green Bay (obtain from Admissions Office)
• Demonstrate financial need based on the FAFSA application
