  Continuing Students will be contacted by Phuture Phoenix each spring with a renewal application

Qualifications

• Must have participated in the Phuture Phoenix Program either through the 5th grade field trip, having been tutored/mentored by Phuture Phoenix as a 6-12 grader or a member of the Preble FLITE afterschool group.
• Proof of admittance to UW-Green Bay (obtain from Admissions Office)
• Demonstrate financial need based on the FAFSA application
