Hello University of Wisconsin-Green Bay!
My name is Adrianne Crawford Fletcher; I am the new Lecturer & MSW Field Coordinator in Professional Programs in Social Work. I am pleased to introduce myself to you! I have been a practicing social work professional for the past 25+ years with work experience in the areas of CPS, foster care, child analysis, adult, child and family therapy, Indian Child Welfare, and homeless Veterans.

I hold a Bachelors degree in psychology from Cleveland State University and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences Administration from Case Western Reserve University. I am currently a doctoral candidate in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. My research focus is on social worker attitudes and beliefs and how those same attitudes and beliefs influence decision-making and may contribute to the pervasive phenomena of disproportionality. Disproportionality plagues minorities in virtually every social institution including child welfare. I have been married for thirty-two years. My unwavering husband and I have four strikingly beautiful children. We had a dog named Shiloh who liked to roll in anything pungently odoriferous. Shiloh is now in doggy Heaven. We have lived in northeastern Wisconsin for almost seven years since our move from northeastern Ohio.
