Currently Dr. Kok holds the position of Chair for the Social Work Professional Programs. She came to UW-Green Bay in 1987. During her tenure at UW-Green Bay she has held several positions with the Program: Lecturer; Instructor; Assistant Professor and Field Education Coordinator. She teaches across the curriculum.
Dr. Kok has formerly worked with HELP of Door County; Blue Gargoyle Youth Service Center In Chicago; Christian Reformed World Relief in Amman, Jordan; Jordan Department of Statistics in Amman, Jordan; the United States Peace Corps located in Ethiopia. She has held board positions and consulted with the Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence and has provided training for the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Her research interests include domestic violence, organizational culture and program evaluation.
