Ponte Vecchio, a bridge over the Fiume Arno. The bridge is covered with several brightly lite shops selling jewlry. Police officers were very common in the old parts of town frequented by travelers, and train and metro stations. Police officers were never alone, they were always in groups of two or more. Even in their little police cars there could be four or five of them, giving them a Keystone Cops look.
