Do I need to sign up for the commencement ceremony?
If you did not sign up for commencement when you applied to graduate, you can do so through SIS.
- Log into SIS
- The “Student Center” page will appear
- Under the Academics drop down menu select “Apply for Graduation”
- Click the >> to continue
- Select “Undergraduate” or “Graduate”
- Select Expected Graduation Term
- Select “Sign up for Commencement Ceremony”
- Review the Commencement information and make edits if necessary
- Click OK
I’m graduating in August, which commencement do I attend?
If you’re completing graduation requirements in August you’ll participate in the May commencement ceremony.
How do I order my cap & gown?
If you choose to participate in the commencement ceremony you must purchase a cap and gown. You may also be interested in a class ring.
Do I have to order tickets for the commencement ceremony?
Yes, you will need to order and pick up tickets. You can view all of the details here. Each graduate may order up to four general admission tickets.
What is the schedule for the day of the commencement ceremony?
