How do I request official transcripts?
Official Transcripts can be requested online or in person.

ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS:

Current Students

1. Log into SIS
2. The “Student Center” page will appear
3. Under the Academics drop down menu select “Transcript: Request Official”
4. Click the  >> to continue
5. Request an official transcript online by selecting “Credentials Solutions”
6. Read through information and complete all steps

Former Students

1. Request an official transcript online by selecting “Credentials Solutions”
2. Read through information and complete all steps

IN PERSON INSTRUCTIONS:
Come to SS1100 to make your request and payment in person. Questions regarding transcripts should be directed to 920-465-2056.

How do I request unofficial transcripts?

Current students can request unofficial transcripts through their SIS account.

1. Log into SIS
2. The “Student Center” page will appear
3. Under the Academics drop down menu select “Transcript: View Unofficial”
4. Click the  >> to continue
5. Change the report type to “Unofficial Transcript” and select “GO”
