This body is responsible for reviewing the recommendations contained in the campus-wide document, Report on the Equality for Women, to check on progress towards implementing the recommendations.
The University Ombudsperson works with faculty, academic staff, and students to resolve disputes between and among faculty, academic staff, students, and administrators.
The issue of women in leadership is being explored at U.W. System; Louise Root-Robbins heads up this effort (http://www.uwsa.edu/acadaff/status/home.htm).
Women's Studies is a recognized,

My interest in flying extends to the group begun

Organization, Inc., often referred to as the 99s after the original

Even today, less than 5% of all licensed pilots in the United States
are women.
