Off Campus Hires

Work Study

If you want to hire a Work Study student for an off campus position, please contact the Student Employment Coordinator at 920-465-2556 or studentemployment@uwgb.edu for guidance.

Regular Employment

Follow your organization's HR policies when hiring a UWGB student. We do ask that you provide The Student Employment Office with the following information of any UW-Green Bay student hired: name, start date, wage rate, approximate hours/per week, and the number of weeks the student is expected to work in this fiscal year (July-June). If you posted your position in the PRO system, a request is sent via email and follow-up phone calls are made to gather this information.
