Post an Open Part-time/Seasonal Position

Employers can use the form below to submit your part time/ seasonal job openings. The Student Employment Office will use the information provided to create an account on the Phoenix Recruitment Online (PRO) job system and post your openings. Your job(s) will be posted within 2 business days of submission and you will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

UW-Green Bay does not allow outside organizations or job agencies to post flyers around campus. The most effective way of advertising your open positions is via the PRO system. Public Safety will promptly remove any unauthorized flyers found around campus.

Off campus employers, please Note: As a part of our Job Location and Development Program, we are required by federal regulations to monitor our student placements in off campus positions. We ask that you make a few notes if you hire a UW-Green Bay student for your off campus position: their name, start date, wage rate, approximate hours/per week, and the number of weeks the student is expected to work in this fiscal year (July-June). We will be contacting you regarding this information in the upcoming months.
