Writing a personal mission statement helps you clarify who you are and how you'll live your life. It gives direction and purpose to your daily decisions. In this session, we'll help you get started.

Session 2- Org Hospitality:
Tips, Tricks, and Treats
Jamie Froh
Are you having a hard time keeping the members in your org active? This session will give you some "tips, tricks, and treats" of not only keeping members in your org but keeping them active. Learn ways to make your org hospitable for all members. There may even be some "treats" in it for you!
Session 3 - Being An Ally: Where are You?
Mai Lo Lee & Jamie Karlin
Being an ally for victims of hate is on ongoing learning process that requires energy, knowledge, resources and time. It is not expected that allies know everything or are superheroes fighting hate. But you can test your ability to be an effective ally by considering the degree of your response to support victims of hate. Come and learn about ally development, victim needs and what an ally can really do.
Session 4 - FISH Theory: Hospitality Made Real
Jen Pfundtner
FISH Theory addresses the art of being hospitable.  Learn how you can "choose your attitude" and "make other people's day!"

Residence Life Leadership: Presidents and Vice Presidents, Representatives (Building, Floor, Group)

RHAA, NRHH, CAB, CC-what does it all mean?  Find out more about Residence Life leadership groups and the benefits of being involved.  Learn how to use your resources to have a great leadership org.  Get tips from professionals and share information with others in your position in the leadership breakout roundtables.   This session will provide information specific to presidents, vice presidents and representatives.  A valuable session for seasoned and emerging leaders alike.

Session 6 - Resolving Conflicts While Being Hospitable

Conflicts happen and can be resolved without hard feelings or being inhospitable.  Find out how at this session.

At the heart of every successful organization is a core of people who are dedicated to getting thing done. Discover what skills are vital for effective followership.

Established leaders need to recognize other students and encourage them to make a difference at the university.

Learn to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of other students, and how to coach those students to build or improve upon their skills.

Session 22 - Overcoming the Imposter Phenomenon

Do you secretly worry that others will find out that you’re not as bright and capable as they think you are? Attend this workshop and learn 10 things you can do to overcome the imposter syndrome.
