The Telecommunications, Engineering, and Media Services (TEAM) department offers the following services to faculty, staff, and students:
- Classroom equipment and instructional technology support
- Expert advice for developing instructional materials using media
- Media equipment setups, wiring, and installations
- Multimedia assistance for presentations
- Exam scanning services
- Video viewing
- Media equipment repair & engineering services
- Telephone, voicemail, and repair services
- Audio/Video production, recording, editing, and duplication
**Please note that a service request is required for many of these services**
The TEAM service desk during the academic year is open:
- Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Breaks and Summer Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Closed Holidays
