Accessing the Voice Mail System

If you are on campus:

  1. Dial 6575

  2. Enter your passcode

If you are off campus but local:

  1. Dial 448-6575

  2. Enter your 7 digit mailbox number (office phone number, ex: 465-xxx)

  3. Press the * key

  4. Enter your passcode

If you are off campus and out of town:

  1. Dial 1-888-448-6575

  2. Enter you 7 digit phone number (office phone number, ex: 465-xxx)

  3. Press the * key

  4. Enter you passcode

Accessing the Voice Mail System the First Time.

The system needs you to initialize or set-up your voice mail box. This is done by calling 6575 from on campus and listening to the tutorial and following the prompts to Record Your Name, Greeting, and Change Your Passcode. Your temporary passcode is the last 7 digits of your office phone number (ex: 465-xxxx).
