University Ticketing Services provides ticketing for events at the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts, Jean Weidner Theatre, University Theatre, Kress Events Center and other venues. We sell tickets for shows presented by the UW-Green Bay Theatre Department, UW-Green Bay Music Department, Weidner Center Presents, Inc., The Green Bay Symphony Orchestra, UW-Green Bay Performing Arts, Green Bay Athletics and many more! Student prices are available for many performances, events and games, contact us for details!

All events ticketed by University Ticketing Services are subject to change or cancellation. Ticket purchasers will be notified as soon as possible regarding any changes.

There is a $4.00 per order handling fee charged on most orders received by phone, internet, mail and fax. There is no handling fee charged on orders received at the ticket window.
- A per ticket processing fee is assessed on every ticket purchased.

There is a $1.00 per ticket fee charged for reprinting lost or damaged tickets for most events. The original ticket purchaser must authorize the request.

Sorry, no refunds or cancellations on ticket purchases. Ticket exchanges are offered within events presented by the same promoter or organization. Any/all exchanges must be completed no less than 48 hours prior to the original event. Tickets must be returned to University Ticketing Services to facilitate the exchange. There is a $3.00 per ticket exchange fee. Other restrictions may apply. (exchanges are not permiteed on Green Bay Athletics events).

The Weidner Center, Kress Events Center, and University Theatre are completely accessible and offer several options to help patrons enjoy performances. Seating areas for wheelchair and scooter-type vehicles are available. Persons who require special assistance must notify University Ticketing Services personnel of their needs when ordering their tickets.

A TDD (telecommunications device for the deaf) is available for assistance in ordering tickets.

The Weidner Center is also fully equipped to handle a variety of special needs, from arranging for a signed performance to providing Assisted Listening Devices and opera glasses.
When You Arrive

The Weidner Center offers $8.00 Valet Parking for most of their events; space is limited, so come early to ensure a spot! (Valet parking for handicapped patrons is $4)

Ticket buyers and performers want to enjoy shows that are free of noise and distraction. The venue house staff reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if their behavior is disruptive to others.

Please use discretion in deciding whether your child is old enough to attend a performance or event. In accordance with Weidner Center policy, everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. For UWGB Green Bay Athletic events, children under age 5 are free if they sit in the same seat as a parent/guardian. A ticket must be purchased if the child needs a separate seat. Please ask a University Ticketing Services representative if you have questions regarding infant and children's tickets.

According to artist contractual agreements, patrons attending performances at the Weidner Center or University Theatre who arrive late will be seated at the first appropriate opportunity. The Weidner Center and University Theatre make every attempt to begin each performance on time.
