Pass Point Questions
What is a Pass Point Account?
As a student, faculty or staff of UW-Green Bay, you have a Pass Point account that can be accessed by the magnetic stripe on your
University ID. You can prepay for goods and services by purchasing Pass Points that can be used at most retail and service locations
on the UW-Green Bay campus, and select off campus locations. The Pass Point account is a declining balance or prepaid debit account. When you make a purchase with
your Pass Points, the amount of the purchase will be deducted from your Pass Point account and your remaining balance will be
displayed at the cash register or unattended reader.
How do I purchase Pass Points?
You can purchase Pass Points through the University ID Services website, at any retail area in the University Union, or at one of our
Value Transfer Stations located on the 3rd floor of the Cofrin Library or in the General Access Computer in the Instructional Services building.
Can I receive cash from my Pass Point account?
No, your Pass Point account is a prepaid debit account. Please do not confuse it with an ATM card. You are not able to withdraw cash
from this account at any time.
How long are my Pass Points available to me?
Pass Points are available to you until you are no longer enrolled in classes or no longer actively employed by UW-Green Bay.
Are Pass Points refundable?
Pass Points are non-refundable while you are enrolled or employed at UW-Green Bay. However, within two weeks after your departure from
the University, you are eligible for a partial refund of your balance upon your request. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from
your balance before the refund is issued. Refunds will not be issued for balances below $25.
