The University Union would be happy to host your next event. We have many locations and menu options for your wedding or special occasion. Between our Phoenix Rooms, Lenfesty Courtyard, and our Lambeau Cottage, we can accommodate from 25 to 275 guests. University Reservations will assist you with finding banner spaces, booth spaces and charity drive sites campus-wide, along with all the rooms in the University Union and the classrooms in all the Academic Buildings. We can also reserve the outside non-athletic areas including the Communiversity Park and the Arboretum Trail. To reserve the Phoenix Park Firepit, please contact Public Safety at 920.465.2300.
To request space for one of the above mentioned places, you can do one of the following:
Visit: The reservations office is located at the University Ticketing and Information Center inside the University Union, by the ID photo cameras.

(You need to become a user to do this. Go to My Account, and then create an account. Fill in the user info and someone will get back to you).
When making a reservation, please inform the reservationist of the date, time, number of people attending, desired setup, and any other special needs for your program. Special needs could include: technical equipment, food, personnel, etc… The reservationist will find the most appropriate room based on your needs and will print you a confirmation if you visit in person, or email you one if you prefer that method.
Please keep the reservationist updated with any updates or changes to ensure your program’s success.

Last minute requests might not be able to be accommodated.
All events requiring alcohol need to have an alcohol request form filled out with approval from the Director of the University Union. The reservationist can help you with this form. Alcohol Request Form
There may be an overtime charge for events that go past normal building hours. It depends upon the situation and the building that you are in. You should be informed of this at the time that you are making your reservation.
All off campus groups that are not sponsored by the University or a student organization will be charged a fee. (Refer to the Facility Rental Price sheets for room fees.) All rooms are charged on an hourly basis, and there is a minimum of a $25.00 fee.
