Event Planning

The University Union's meeting rooms, promotional spaces, multi-purpose event rooms, as well as outdoor areas, may be reserved for meeting, conference, banquets, dances, or other types of gatherings. Two weeks after the semester has started, University Reservations will take request for space use in Academic Buildings.

If you would like a room or promotional space, you can do it three different ways. Pick up the phone and call University Reservations at 920-465-2200 ext.28, e-mail us your request to unionres@uwgb.edu, or stop up and visit the reservationists, located on the third floor of the Union - UU 306.
