Banner Space, Booth Space and/or Display Cases
To reserve a promotional space call 920.465.2462 or stop by University Reservations. Banner and booth spaces can be displayed, for 8 days, in select Union and non-Union locations throughout the campus.

Table Tents
The University Union now has a new service gear to make table tents an easier way to promote your event. The Weekly table tent is a free of charge service that is organized by the Union Promotions team, with the goal of making it easier to promote your event. Student organizations and departments can submit their information online or hand in their request to Union Reservation at the University Ticketing and Information Center no later then 12pm the Monday prior to the week you’d like your event to appear on the Weekly Table Tent. We organize your information, add it to the weekly table tent, distribute, and collect the table tents – for free! Now there is no hassle in distributing and collecting your table tents, no worries about designing table tents, and it saves your organization or department cost on printing. Online Table Tent form.

Campus Life Email
To include an announcement in the campus email, send an email to campuslife@uwgb.edu by 4:30 on the Friday for it to be included in the following Monday’s email.

Sidewalk Chalking
Student Orgs are allowed to chalk their announcements on sidewalks around campus.

Mailing
There is no charge for mailing on-campus students.

Channel 27
Different options are continuously becoming available and Channel 27 is becoming a very effective method of advertising. If you have any questions or would like to promote an event on Channel 27, email Phlash TV at phlashtv@uwgb.edu.

Graphic Design Services
Student Organizations have the opportunity to use the services provided by the University Union Promotions Team to assist with their design and desktop publishing needs, for a minimal fee. In order to successfully complete your graphics needs, please observe the following guidelines when requesting graphic services:

Please submit a graphics request form at least two weeks prior to the date your material is needed to go to print.
Student Orgs must have prior approval from the Org Finance Office to use their funding for the development of promotional pieces.
The promotions team will provide the Student Org with the original piece and the Org is responsible for the printing costs and arrangements.
The Org is responsible for proofing the original piece. The Promotions team is not responsible for mistakes found after printing.
