Fill out the change fund request form at least 3 days prior to the activity.
On the day of the event, come to the University Reservations desk to receive the requested funds.
When the event is over, return the original change fund amount in the bag provided by the University Reservations desk. Take all remaining money to the Organization Finance Office (OFO, UU110) for it to be deposited in the organization's account.
Note:
Change funds are a free service offered by the University Union for all registered student orgs.
Organizations are held liable for any money not returned.
The University Reservations desk can be located on the 3rd floor of the University Union.
