Q: What is a Pass Point Account?
A: As a student, faculty or staff of UW-Green Bay, you have a Pass Point Account that can be accessed by the magnetic stripe on your University ID. You can prepay for goods and services by purchasing Pass Points that can be used at most retail and service locations on the UW-Green Bay campus. The Pass Point Account is a declining balance or prepaid debit account. When you make a purchase with your Pass Points, the amount of the purchase will be deducted from your Pass Point Account and your remaining balance will be displayed at the cash register or unattended reader.
Q: How do I purchase Pass Points?
A: You can purchase Pass Points through the University ID Services website, at any retail area in the University Union, or at one of our Value Transfer Stations located on the 3rd floor of the Cofrin Library or in the General Access Computer in the IS building.
Q: Can I receive cash from my Pass Point Account?
A: No, your Pass Point Account is a prepaid debit account. Please do not confuse it with an ATM card. You are not able to withdraw cash from this account at any time.
Q: How long are my Pass Points available to me?
A: Pass Points are available to you until you are no longer enrolled in classes or no longer actively employed by UW-Green Bay.
Q: Are Pass Points refundable?
A: Pass Points are non-refundable while you are enrolled or employed at UW-Green Bay. However, within two weeks after your departure from the University, you are eligible for a partial refund of your balance upon your request. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your balance before the refund is issued. Refunds will not be issued for balances below $25.
