Refunds Policy
The Pass Point account is a non-refundable account while you are enrolled in classes at UW-Green Bay. However, within two weeks after your departure from UW-Green Bay, you are eligible for a partial refund of your Pass Point balance. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your balance before the refund is issued.
The Pass Point Account is not a bank account and cardholders cannot receive cash on demand from this account.
To request a refund, please print and complete the Refund Request Form and return to the University Ticketing & Information Center located on the 2nd floor of the University Union. Refund Request Forms are also available at the University Ticketing & Information Center.
