Bicycle Registration The University Ticketing & Information Center can help you register your bike with UW-Green Bay Public Safety. Please bring your current bicycle registration number, found just below your bicycle seat, to the University Ticketing & Information Center and we will help you perform the registration. There is no cost for this service.

Check Cashing The University Ticketing & Information Center will cash one personal check per day. The check amount must be $50 or under.  Two party checks are not accepted. There is a $0.25 check cashing fee for this service.

Poster and Banner Drop-Off Students, Faculty and Staff that would like to hang posters in the University Union can drop them off at the University Ticketing & Information Center. Currently, the University Ticketing & Information Center is able to accept 4 posters to be posted throughout the University Union.  If you reserved a banner space through University Reservations, you may drop the banner off prior to the posting date. Please include a copy of your banner space reservation with your banner when you drop it off.  All posters and banners must be sponsored by a student organization. 

UPS Service The University Ticketing and Information Center offers various UPS shipping services that include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select, and Ground Transportation. Free UPS shipping box and envelopes are available when shipping Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select. For those that choose to ship Ground, shipping supplies are available for purchase. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or to APO military addresses. These packages may be sent directly from a U.S. Post Office. For shipping regulations, please visit www.ups.com.

 US Postal Service Mail Drop-Off The University Ticketing and Information Center provides limited U.S. postal services. Outgoing mail can be dropped off at any time during our regular business hours. It will be sent out via the UW-Green Bay Mailroom, Monday through Friday.  In accordance with government regulations, packages over 13 ounces may not be mailed from this location, and must be mailed from a US Post Office.  

UW-Green Bay Gift Cards Purchase a UW-Green Bay gift card from the University Ticketing and Information Center today! Starting at $10, gift cards can be used at the University Ticketing and Information Center and various on campus retail locations including:

• Kress Events Center
• On campus dining
• Phoenix Club
• Shorewood Golf Course
• The Phoenix Bookstore
• UW-Green Bay Athletics
• UW-Green Bay Music
• UW-Green Bay Theatre

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise required by law. For balance amount and other gift card questions contact the University Ticketing and Information Center.
