







WHAT IF WE DECIDE TO CANCEL OUR EVENT OR PROGRAM?
If for some reason you plan on canceling your program, it is expected you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event. Proper notification is appreciated. If a last minute cancellation comes up, notification is still greatly appreciated.
CAN OUR EVENT GO PAST BUILDING HOURS?
Special permission will need to be obtained. Notify the receptionist while making your reservations of this special request.
CAN WE HAVE ALCOHOL AT OUR EVENT?
An alcohol request form needs to be filled out at least 2 weeks prior to your event. All alcohol related events on our campus need to be approved by the University Union Director. You can obtain this request form from University Reservations.
