WHAT TECHNICAL SERVICES ARE OFFERED FOR OUR PROGRAM?
The University Union provides standard performance sound, lighting, projection & audio equipment.  If you have any questions, please check with the University Reservations staff for more information.  To arrange for use of any of these items, please contact Technical Services Coordinator at 465-2200 ext. 16 least 3 weeks before your program to arrange for equipment or staff needs. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT CAN BE PROVIDED FOR OUR PROGRAM?
Equipment includes microphones, tape & CD players, slide & overhead projectors, video & data projectors, computers, amplifiers, monitors, mixers, speakers, lights, TVs, VCR & DVD players, staging & service phones.  Chalkboards, bulletin boards, flip charts with paper, tri-pod easels, table skirting, coat racks, presentation boards, lectern/podiums, registration tables, coat check service (fee) and signage (fee).  Please check with reservations staff for additional information at (465-2200) ext. 28.
