University ID Services

ID Card Holder
A student, faculty, staff or guest of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay purchasing their University ID will be asked to sign a 'Terms and Conditions of an ID Card Holder' agreement, at time of ID card purchase. The below terms and conditions link is an example of the agreement. A University ID can be purchased at the University Ticketing and Information Center, located on the second floor of the University Union.

Terms and Conditions

Dining Point Conversion
Dining Point balances are non-refundable and must be used by the end of the academic year (May 31). However, students on a dining plan will have the opportunity to convert any Dining Point balance over $25, but not exceeding $100, of remaining Dining Points to Pass Points during the last 7 days of the spring semester. The converted Pass Points will remain available to the student throughout their college career at UW-Green Bay. Any remaining Dining Point balance on May 31 will become property of UW-Green Bay.

Fill in the information requested and hit the submit key. Allow 48 hours for the conversion to occur. This option is only available during the last 7 days of the spring semester.

Dining Plan Access
All students on a dining plan will be required to present their University ID at the time of purchase. The student will hand their University ID to the cashier. The cashier will verify that the picture and will run the ID card into the cash register. The Dining Points will be deducted from the students account and the remaining balance will be displayed to the student.

Refunds Policy
The Pass Point account is a non-refundable account while you are enrolled in classes at UW-Green Bay. However, within two weeks after your departure from UW-Green Bay, you are eligible for a partial refund of your Pass Point balance. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your balance before the refund is issued.
