Event Planning
The University Union's meeting rooms, promotional spaces, multi-purpose event rooms, as well as outdoor areas, may be reserved for meeting, conference, banquets, dances, or other types of gatherings. Two weeks after the semester has started, University Reservations will take request for space use in Academic Buildings.

The University ID card is the official UW-Green Bay ID and should be carried with you or is readily available to you while on the UW-Green Bay campus. You will be asked to present your University ID to access select buildings and classrooms on campus, to access your University Accounts, and to gain campus services.

University Ticketing & Information Center (UTIC)
The University Ticketing and Information Center is the campuses main source for information and tickets to on campus events. We provide a variety of products and services to students, faculty and staff, including telephone directory assistance, along with activities information, campus and community maps and brochures. We are also your one stop location for all your postage and faxing needs.
