360° of YOU - Photo Booth

Bring your friends and peers for “360° of YOU.” You and the University keep a set of images, and we will be creating a collage showing what makes this University great — YOU! For faculty, staff, students and friends.

360° Photo in the Quad

Be a part of a 360° photo in the quad (the space outside between University Union and Cofrin Library). Wear your Phoenix green and show your school spirit!

Ping Pong Ball Drop in the Quad

Ping Pong Drop in the quad for photo participants, sponsored by the Phoenix Bookstore. Everybody wins a prize, and we’re talking great prizes! Mr. and Ms. Phoenix will escort the crowd to the 360° celebration in the Union.

‘360° of Learning’ Video Premiere

Join us in the Cloud Commons atrium area for the premiere viewing of the new “360° of Learning” video, created by the marketing firm BVK.

360° of fun, food and refreshments

Enjoy special 360° treats in the Cloud Commons atrium immediately following the ping pong ball drop. Get $3.60 specials by A’viands throughout the week.

‘360° of Fitness’ at YOUR Kress Events Center

Get fit the UWGB way! 360° of fitness fun, inspiration and motivation! Beginning Monday, November 12 through Sunday, November 18 walk or run as many times as you can around the Kress indoor track, and log your laps at the front desk. Complete the most laps to win an individual or group personal training session! Consolation prizes include t-shirts and water bottles. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to participate! Experience 360° of fitness at YOUR Kress Events Center!

‘Perspectives’ Art Gallery

Outreach and Adult Degree will have prints on display throughout the Library Plaza area. The pieces will focus on illusion and projecting images that can be viewed differently, based on how they are viewed and the perspective of the viewer. Everyone is invited to stroll around and look at the displays. Those who take a photo of their favorite and “Tweet” it to @UWGBOutreach with a description of what that image means to them in terms of 360° of Learning will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift certificate from the Phoenix Bookstore.

360° of Books at the Cofrin Library

As UWGB embarks on 360° of Learning, Cofrin Library begins 360° of Books. What’s your favorite book? Our goal is to get 360 UWGB students, faculty, staff, and alumni to tell us their favorites. It could be something from your childhood, your most influential book or something you’re reading now. We’ll share the results and see which books come out on top.

• Follow @CofrinLibraryGB for announcements on twitter and tweet your favorite book with #360booksuwgb.
• Stop by the library and write it down on our display on the 5^th floor.

360° of Living - Residence Life

Residence Life is pleased to offer “360° of Living” for students who would like some extra information, or may have questions, about the little things in their futures after college life.  There will be representatives covering the basics of life-skills, including: cooking/food knowledge, finances, cleaning and laundry, time management, home or apartment care, roommates/living with others and much more!  Please come with questions or to find out information that you never thought you would need!

Trad Table Talks - Residence Life

Roundtable discussion about the role of being a Resident Assistant (RA). Students considering applying to be a RA are strongly encouraged to come!

Hollywood Circles - Residence Life

Audience members will be able to participate against each other as faculty, staff and students will be the guests answering questions about the 360° of Learning that we offer here on campus! This event is organized by Residence Life.

Fall Festival - Residence Life

Residence Life invites you to participate in 360° of fun with fall activities! Attendees will compete in a variety of “Minute to Win It” games including: 5 Apples Stacked, Three Balloons Defying Gravity, Balloons + Cups, Pie Tin + Gum, and the Cookie Head game. Residents will enjoy a caramel apple bar and play the game Apples to Apples.  There will be two prize drawings for the winners of each game — one at 8 p.m. and the other at 9 p.m. Each prize basket will consist of snacks and UWGB merchandise. Participants must be present to win.
