360° Signature Creation Tool
This tool is available as an option to the UW-Green Bay community. It may be used to generate a “360° of Learning” e-mail signature. To create your custom signature, follow these steps:
- Customize: Enter your information in the form below.
- Apply & Preview: Click “Apply Changes” to update the signature. Repeat steps 1 and 2, if needed.
- Copy & Paste: Click and drag to select the text of the formatted signature, copy, and paste into the signature field of your e-mail client. For help, see topics below.

Important Notes about filling out this form
You may click Apply changes as many times as you need to continuously update this form. Once you have the signature how you like it, you can then simply click and drag to select the signature section of this form and copy and paste it into the signature section of your e-mail client.
If you do not enter a phone number, this form defaults to the university switchboard (2000). Please enter in only the last four digits of your phone number.
If you do not enter a departmental website, this form defaults to our campus homepage (www.uwgb.edu).
Facebook: To find out your facebook username, log in to facebook and click on the gear in the upper right corner and go to
account settings. The Username will be listed as http://www.facebook.com/username. You only need to enter the username part. If you wish to link
to a group instead of a personal facebook page, you must type in /groups/groupname, not just the groupname.

LinkedIn: To find out your LinkedIn username, log in to LinkedIn and "click on Profile." You will then see a web address that looks like www.linkedin.com/in/username.
If you want to enter a personal account, you must enter in/username. If you want to enter a company page instead, you would enter in company/companyname (for example /company/uw-green-bay).
It is possible that the company name may also just be a number. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Inserting your new e-mail signature will depend on what client you use to access your mailbox.
Outlook Web App ( OWA ): On the top right hand corner select the options drop down and select "see all options." From that page select the settings tab on the left hand side. Simply copy and paste into the signature box and save.
Outlook 2011: On the top left hand corner select Outlook > Preferences > Signatures then click the plus ( + ) to add a new signature. Simply copy and paste.
Outlook 2010: Open a new e-mail message and under the insert tab click to "Insert a Signature." A window will pop up and you can select "New" then simply copy and paste.
